I bought this for my daughter when she was around a year old I was doing my best to introduce her to a new lovie being that her Monkey that she had gotten from Target was no longer being made or sold and impossible to ever get again basically and I know from previous experience how valuable a lovie can be to a child so ALWAYS have backup. This giraffe is perfect toddler carrying size, very plush, and huggable. My daughter never took to this giraffe and its now a bed companion among many of my 7yr olds fav animals. But my daughter has now Dangles and its also made by Ty, after getting mud baths, getting fed EVERYTHING, even getting sips of juice, our Ty goes in the wash with the towels and some Oxyclean comes out LOOKING BRAND new!! Ty stuffed animals hold up extremely well to the adventures of a toddler and siblings I recommend this to anyone whos child adores giraffes dont let the light pink make you change your mind its an easy clean up :)
